1. Properties of the contract subject

Below you will find general information and legal guidance related to the website of BIT-FORCE Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider" or "BIT-FORCE"). You can learn about the features of products on the product's information page. The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for possible imprecise descriptions, the shown pictures are sometimes illustrations. The purchase price is always the net and gross price indicated next to the selected product, the indicated prices do not constitute a direct offer. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from any typos.

By registering and placing an order, Customer agrees to be bound by these Business Regulations.

2. Data handling
Service Provider handles Customer Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. Steps of electronic contracting
  1. Valid registration on the Website.
  2. Ordering of products and/or services.
  3. The Service Provider shall acknowledge receipt of the order by electronic means without delay, but within 48 hours at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. The order and its confirmation shall be deemed to have been received when these become available to the Service Provider and the User, respectively.
  4. The Customer pays the price of the ordered product / service and receives it in accordance with the payment and receipt method selected in the order and indicated in the confirmation.
  5. The language of the order and confirmation depends on the customer's choice: Hungarian, English or German.
  6. An order is not a contract. A contract resulting from handover against a document is a written contract, this will be filed by the Service Provider and it will be available later.
4. Technical options for correcting data entry errors

Means for identifying and correcting data entry errors prior to sending a contract notice:

- "Cart" contents can be checked, modified or even deleted any time;
- the contents of the registration data (e.g. billing address, delivery address, phone number, etc.) can be checked at any time, can be changed after logging in and clicking on the name shown in the upper right corner and then on the "Recorded data" button;
- the Customer may request the deletion of his/her registration through the Service Provider's Customer Service.

Customer shall immediately notify the Customer Service of the Service Provider of an erroneous order by written notice to the rendeles@szefguru.hu e-mail address. The Service Provider can also deliver the ordered products with a short deadline. In such a case, it is no longer possible to correct the mistake.

5. Methods of receipt
Receipt of the ordered products is possible at the Customer's choice in the following ways:
- Receipt at site
- Shipping

7. Payment methods
The payment of the purchase price is possible in the following ways:
Receipt at site
- by cash
- by bank card
- by indicated advance transfer
Shipping
- by cash (cash on delivery)
- by bank card in advance (not on the spot)
- by indicated advance transfer
For companies, a transfer of 8 calendar days may be requested above the order value of 120 000 HUF. Service Provider exercises an approval in its own discretion.
Other deferred payment options are given by Service Provider to its recurring Customers with a separate agreement.
Vouchers are not accepted by the Service Provider.
8. Guarantee administration

The Service Provider generally provides a 12-month guarantee on the products it sells under the conditions described herein and in the General Terms and Conditions. The service provider may deviate from this in some cases, but this is indicated separately in each case.

 

Required documents

  • The Customer can validate warranty claims by presenting the original invoice and/or the accompanying warranty certificate for the purchased product.
  • Service Provider is unable to replace a lost warranty certificate.
  • Any subsequent correction, deletion, transcription of the warranty certificate, or the entry of false information will render the guarantee void.

 

Conditions excluding warranty liability

  • Improper transport, storage, violent external influences, external cable breaks, damages caused by natural disasters (e.g. lightning strike, surge).
  • Improper handling, use in dusty, humid environments.
  • Intervention, repair, extension, transformation outside the Service Provider's service shop.
  • Natural wear and tear.

 

Warranty and repair time

  • The warranty period begins with the date of delivery of the product.
  • In the case of repair of the product, the warranty period is extended by the service time. Unless the defect was caused by improper handling or other warranty disclaimer condition (see above).
  • In the case of replacement of the product or a substantial part of it, the warranty period starts over for the product or for the substantial part.
  • The Customer shall report any detected errors to the Service Provider as soon as possible, if he/she fails to do so, the resulting damages shall be borne by the Customer.

 

Repair

  • The Service Provider only uses new parts for repair.
  • As a result of this repair, the value and usability of the product can not be reduced compared to the products used for the same period of time.
  • If it is revealed during repairs that the reported error was caused by e.g. improper use, Service Provider reserves the right to charge the actual hourly repair rate.
  • For repair, the Customer should normally deliver the complete product to Service Provider (with all original accessories). By prior written consultation with the Service Provider, this can be deviated from.

 

Location of repair

  • The warranty claim can be validated at the service shop of the Service Provider, during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 10 am - 3 pm.
  • The Customer must arrange for the return of the product, unless the product is heavier than 10 kg or cannot be transported as hand luggage.

 

Warranty rights

  • If the product is defective within a period of 3 days from the date of purchase, with proper commissioning and handling, Customer may request the replacement with the same type of new product,
  • the free repair of the product,
  • if an exchange is not possible, you may withdraw from the contract and ask for a reimbursement of the purchase price.
